ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

My received item is damaged: what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email at support@caftanelegance.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time is typically 1-5 business days, and delivery times vary based on your location:

Can I change my address after the order has been placed?

Refused or return-to-sender package?
If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
My order should have been delivered, but I have not received anything: what should I do?
First, check the tracking information. If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us for assistance.

How can I return an item for an exchange?
To exchange an item, email us your order details and the product you would like in exchange. We will provide you with further instructions.
I want to exchange an item: how can I ship it?
Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive the return address and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
